摘要
文章阐明中巴经济走廊文化产业合作的意义,指出其目前存在地区发展不平衡、配套设施不完善、主力军薄弱、积极性不强等现实困境,根据走廊发展文化产业的历史与现实条件,文章最后提出应以政策沟通为前提、以特色文化互鉴为基础、以科技创新为支撑、以外交化贸易为布局、以人力资源开发为发展方向的建设路径。
This paper first explains the significance of CPEC cooperation, then it points out that there are problems such as imbalance in regional development, supporting facilities are not perfect, the main force is weak, enthusiasm is not strong. Based on the historical and realistic conditions, relevant suggestions are put forward： policy communication is the precondition, the characteristics of culture mutual learning is the foundation, innovation in science and technology is the support, foreign trade is the layout, and human resources development is the development road.
