摘要
为提高幼教质量,认为中美卓越幼儿教师素质内涵有区别,表现为身心素质、职业道德、知识结构、能力体系、调控能力、专业发展以及团队合作。尊重与理解相依、知识与能力并重、合作与交流并存、评估与反思共享是解决的办法。
This study aims to comparatively examine the connotations of outstanding preschool teachers' literacy in China and in the US to manifest the significant differences in physical and mental qualities, professional ethics, knowledge structure, competence system, coordination and control, professional development and team work. It suggests the interactions of respect and understanding, literacy and capability, cooperation and exchange, and assessment and reflection.
