摘要 选用近红外光谱技术(FTIR)、差示扫描量热法(DSC),热重分析法(TG)和X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)联合分析和探究聚丙烯(PP)再生料和新料的差异性。结果表明,PP再生料和新料存在明显的差异。PP新料间的近红外光谱特征峰的位置、强度和形状都相似,而再生料特征峰的位置相对新料发生偏移且特征峰的峰值强度相对新料变化很大。PP新料的熔融曲线一般只有一个干净平滑的熔融峰,无杂峰,且熔融峰峰型和峰值温度几乎一致,均在165~169℃间。再生料的熔融曲线存在多个熔融峰,分别在132℃左右和165℃左右,且峰型不一致。PP新料的热重分析质量残余量几乎全部为零,从0.2%到0.5%,再生料的质量残余量参差不一,从0.2%~66%。PP新料间的重金属含量都很相近,相对偏差不超过57%,而再生料的重金属含量很多高出新料两个数量级以上。 A comprehensive analysis for exploring the difference between new and recycled polypropylene (PP) was conducted by combining technologies of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC), thermogravimatric analysis (TG) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF). The results all show remarkable differences of recycled PP from new PP. The peak position, intensity and shape of new PP in FFIR spectra are consistent, while the position and the intensity of recycled PP shows great difference from new PP. There is only one melting peak on the DSC plot of new PP with clean and smooth surface. In addition, the shape of DSC plot and the melting temperature is similar between them, all in the range of 165 ~ 169 ℃. In contrast, there are two or more DSC melting peaks for recycled PP, the temperature values are 132 ℃ and 165 ℃ separately, and the peak shape is different. The residual values for new PP are closed and near to zero from 0. 2%to 0.5%, while for recycled PP, residual values exist a wide difference from 0. 2% to 66%. The mass contents of heavy metal element in recycled PP are much greater than that in new PP.
