摘要
以蓖麻油酸和乙二醇丁醚为原料,经酯化、酰化两步反应合成了乙酰化蓖麻油酸丁氧基乙酯。运用正交实验与单因素实验确定酯化和酰化反应的最佳条件:酯化反应中,蓖麻油酸与乙二醇丁醚物质的量比为1∶1.15,催化剂一水合硫酸氢钠用量为蓖麻油酸质量的2%,反应时间为5h,反应温度为90℃,蓖麻油酸丁氧基乙酯的酯化率可达98.8%;酰化反应中,蓖麻油酸丁氧基乙酯与醋酐物质的量比为1∶1.2,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量为蓖麻油酸丁氧基乙酯质量的3%,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为2h,酰化率达93.2%。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、质谱(HRMS)表征并确认了合成产物的化学结构。
Using ricinoleic acid and butyl cellosolve(BCS) as raw materials,2-butoxyethyl acetyl ricinoleate was synthesized by a two-step reaction of esterification and acylation. Through orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment, the optimal conditions were obtained as follows: for the esterification reaction, the molar ratio of ricinoleic acid to BCS 1 : 1.15,dosage of catalyst NaHSO4 · H2O 2% (based on the mass of ricinoleic acid) ,reaction time 5 h and reaction temperature 90 ℃, the esterification rate of ricinoleic acid ethyl butoxy reached 98.8% ;for the acylation reaction,the molar ratio of ricinoleic acid ethyl butoxy to acetic anhydride 1 : 1.2, dosage of catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid 3 % (based on the mass of ricinoleic acid ethyl butoxy), reaction temperature 80 ℃ and reaction time 2 h,the acylation rate reached 93.2%. The chemical structure of the syn- thesized product was characterized by FTIR and HRMS.
