摘要
以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂催化合成了异丁酸异丁酯,确定了酯化的最优条件,并通过正交试验确定了影响该反应的主要因素。结果表明,最佳反应条件是:n(醇)∶n(酸)=1.2∶1,异丁酸用量为1 mol,反应温度约为100℃,反应时间为2 h的情况下,对甲苯磺酸用量为0.02 mol,异丁酸的转化率可达到95.49%,并且确定了温度是影响该反应的主要因素。
Catalytic ethenification of isobutyric acid with isobutanoi by P - toluene sulfonic acid has been studied. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows: the molar ratio of isobutanol to isobutyric acid was 1.2, when isobutyric acid was 1 mol, reaction temperature was about 100℃, reaction time was 2 .0h and the P- toluene sulfonic acid was 0.02 mol, the eonversition of isobutyric acid obtained 95.49% .The main influencing factor of this reaction was temperature.
