摘要
目的分析糖尿病患者白内障手术的围手术期护理。方法选择该院自2013年9月—2016年9月期间收治的行手术治疗的糖尿病白内障患者28例,依据护理方法差异性均分两组,每组患者例数14例。予以基础护理的患者当做参照组,予以围手术期护理的患者当做观察组,最后对两组患者的护理效果进行统计和分析。结果两组患者经不同方法护理后,观察组患者的血糖控制情况同参照组比对明显较优,护理满意度同参照组比对明显较高,组间数据结果经检验后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病白内障实施手术并配合有效的护理措施可以使其血糖得以控制,该院的护理满意度也会明显提升,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the nursing of cataract surgery of patients with diabetes during the perioperative period.Methods 28 cases of patients with diabetes and cataract admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to different methods with 14 cases in each,the control group adopted the basic nursing,while the observation group adopted the nursing during the perioperative period,and finally the nursing effect of the two groups was counted and analyzed.Results After nursing,the blood glucose control situation in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfactory degree was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The operation and effective nursing measures of patients with diabetes and cataract can control the blood glucose and obviously improve the nursing satisfactory degree,which is of clinical application value.
