摘要
基于对十五所农林类院校教育资源配置效率的研究基础,分析并确定影响资源配置效率的因素为院校所在地区经济发展条件、办学条件及人员结构三个方面。在使用因子分析法,消除变量多重共线性的基础上,运用Tobit模型对相关变量进行回归分析,得出以下结论:地区经济发展水平、专任教师比重与高校资源配置纯技术效率显著正相关;录取分差与纯技术效率显著负相关。同时,探索了国家教学团队数、科研平台数、院系机构设置情况、图书存量、高层次人才比重与资源配置的相关性。
Based on the survey on the allocation efficiency of educational resources at agri-forestry universi- ties, the factors influencing the allocation efficiency were established including the economic development status of the districts home to universities, university running conditions and faculty and staff. With the factor analysis method to eliminate the variables multicollinearity and the Tobit Model to simulate the related variable regression analysis, the following conclusions have been reached： the regional economic development status, the faculty and the proportion of full-time teachers are positively correlated to the pure technological efficiency of the alloca- tion of educational resources; admission score gap is negatively correlated to the pure technical efficiency. Mean- while, how the number of national teaching teams and research platforms, the institutional setup of departments and colleges, library books stock, and high-gear personnel proportion are correlated to the resource allocation efficiency are also discussed.
