摘要
基础教育在人的一生当中起到至关重要的作用,基础教育的好坏直接关系到一个国家发展的情况。为此,如何合理评价一个国家或地区基础教育发展情况已经成为一个重要的研究课题。本文在构建一套基础教育绩效评价指标体系的基础上,利用超效率DEA模型对我国基础教育绩效进行实证研究,并得出合理的评价结论。对我国进一步完善基础教育有极大的指导性作用。
Basic education in human life which plays a crucial role will have a direct bearing on the development of a country. For this reason, a reasonable assessment of how a country or region the development of basic education has become an important research topic. In this paper, a set of basic education in building a performance evaluation index system based on the use of super-efficiency DEA model on China＇s basic education performance of empirical research and come up with a reasonable assessment of the conclusions. It is a great guiding role for China＇s basic education.
