摘要
电信诈骗案件的多发,在给人民群众带来巨大财产乃至生命的损失后,更对我们的社会治理提出了挑战。从此类案件中犯罪人和被害人的互动过程入手,描述心理的诈骗"剧本",并着重对犯罪人所利用的被害人心理进行研究。
The occurrence of the telecommunication fraud cases has brought challenges to our social governance after the loss of the huge property and life. Starting from the interaction between the criminal and the victim in such cases, the author describes the psychological ＂script＂ of fraud, and focuses on the victim＇s psychological research.
