摘要
为了研究RK改性沥青混合料的路用性能,在广东中江高速公路路面养护工程中现场取样,利用室内浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验、浸水飞散试验评价了RK改性沥青混合料的水稳定性,利用车辙试验评价了RK改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性,采用小梁弯曲试验评价RK改性沥青混合料的低温抗裂性能,并分析了RK改性沥青混合料经济和环保效益。结果表明:与SBS改性沥青(PG76)混合料相比,RK改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性能和水稳定性改善明显,路用性能优良。
In order to study the road performance of the RK modified asphalt mixture, the samples of asphalt mixture have been made on cite of pavement maintenance engineering of Zhongjiang Expressway. Then the water stability has been evaluated using immersion Marshall test, freeze-thaw splitting test and water dispersion test, the high temperature stability of RK modified asphalt mixture using rutting test, low temperature crack resistance of RK modified asphalt mix- ture using flexural test, and the economic and environmental benefits of RK modified asphalt mixture has been ana- lyzed. The results have shown that being compared with PG76 modified asphalt mixture, the high temperature stability and water stability of RK modified asphalt mixture have been improved significantly with good road performance.
