摘要
为了优化出最佳的回收沥青路面材料(RAP)掺量(质量分数),通过室内试验研究了RAP掺量对Sasobit、Evotherm、Aspha-min三种温拌再生SMA沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性及疲劳耐久性的影响,并将其与普通SMA和热再生SMA沥青混凝土进行了对比。结果表明:基于表面活性剂的温拌技术可使热再生混合料的出料温度降低20~30℃,采用温拌技术可将RAP掺量提高到50%;3种温拌再生SMA沥青混合料的高温稳定性随RAP掺量的增加先升后降,且在RAP掺量为30%~40%时出现峰值,水稳定性、低温抗裂均随RAP掺量的增加而逐渐降低,增大RAP掺量对温再生沥青混合料低应变水平下的疲劳寿命影响不大,但会大幅度降低高应变水平下的疲劳寿命;温拌再生沥青混合料的水稳定性、低温抗裂性较热拌再生沥青混合料差,高温稳定性和低应变水平下的疲劳性能优于热拌再生沥青混合料;在相同RAP掺量情况下,Evotherm温拌再生沥青混合料的综合路用性能最优,RAP掺量小于40%时温再生SMA混合料的各项路用性能均满足现行施工规范的要求,推荐用于温拌再生SMA混合料的最大RAP掺量为40%,工程实践中可根据道路所在气候分区特点综合考虑RAP掺量。
in order to optimize the best dosage of reclaimed asphalt pavement( RAP) materials,Through indoor experiments,rutting resistance,low temperature performance,moisture sensitivity and fatigue resistance of WMA containing different RAP contents ranging from 0% to 50% were researched.The results showed that the warm mix technique based on the surfactant can make the discharge of hot recycled mixture temperature by 20 ~ 30 ℃,with warm mix technique RAP content can be increased to50%; Three warm recycled mixture high temperature stability of SMA asphalt mixture with the increase of the RAP content at first and lowered later,when the RAP content is 30% ~ 40% peak,water stability,low temperature crack resistance are reduced gradually with the increase of the RAP content,increasing the dosage of RAP in recycled asphalt mixture temperature a little effects on the fatigue life of the lower level of strain,but will reduce the fatigue life under high strain level; Warm mix recycled asphalt mixture water stability,low temperature crack resistance of a hot mix asphalt mixture of regeneration is poor,high temperature stability and lower level of strain fatigue performance is better than that of hot mix recycled asphalt mixture; Under the condition of same RAP content,comprehensive way Evotherm warm recycled asphalt mixture with optimal performance,the RAP content is less than 40% when temperature regeneration each road use performance of SMA mixture all meet the requirements of the current construction specifications,recommendations for regeneration temperature with SMA mixture,the biggest RAP content is 40%,accord-ing to the engineering practice of road where the climate zoning characteristics considered RAP content.
