EMS不同处理浓度和时间对红小豆诱变的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了利用诱变育种技术快速地对红小豆种子进行遗传改良,在短时间内获得更多的优良变异类型,利用0.0%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%,1.0%,1.5%的EMS对红小豆种子进行处理,处理时间为5,10,15,20 h,以探讨不同浓度和时间EMS对红小豆种子发芽率的影响国;同时,还对其SOD,POD的活性变化进行了探索。结果表明,EMS诱变的最佳组合为浓度0.7%、处理时间20 h;EMS对种子及幼苗的SOD活性表现为明显增强,而POD的活性表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制。 To make use of the mutation breeding for genetic improvement of adzuki bean seeds fast, and get more excellent variation types in a short time, these adzuki bean be treated in different time(5, 10, 15, 20 h)and concentration(0.0%, 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.7%,1.0%,1.5%)of EMS to explore the effect on germination rate of adzuki bean seed sprout, and the suitable EMS dosage. In addition, the SOD,POD activity changes were studied. The results showed that the best combination of EMS mutagenesis was EMS concentration of 0.7%,tratment time of 20 h, and EMS on seed and seedling of SOD activity significantly increased, the activity of POD showed low concentration promoted and high concentration inhibited.
