简要概括了叠氮化钠的诱变育种原理、鉴定,并介绍了叠氮化钠诱变育种技术和化学诱变育种在农作物上的应用,总结了化学诱变育种存在的主要问题,并提出了今后农作物叠氮化钠诱变育种的发展方向。
The mutation breeding principle and identification of sodium azide were briefly summarized.The application of mutation breeding technology with sodium azide and chemical mutagenesis breeding in crops was introduced.The problems were reviewed.The development of mutation breeding with sodium azide in crops in the future was put forward.
