疏水缔合聚合物传输运移能力及其作用机理 被引量:7

摘要 针对疏水缔合聚合物分子线团尺寸与油藏多孔介质孔隙尺寸的配伍性差的问题,以β-环糊精(β-CD)为疏水缔合聚合物缔合程度的调节剂,以大庆典型聚驱区块储层地质和流体为实验平台,以注入压力、表观黏度、质量浓度、黏均相对分子质量为评价指标,研究了疏水缔合聚合物传输运移能力并分析了作用机理。实验结果表明,聚合物溶液在多孔介质内的传输运移能力较差且主要滞留在岩心前部区域。β-CD可以改善聚合物溶液的传输运移能力,有利于聚合物在多孔介质内均匀分布。随着β-CD含量的增加,聚合物溶液分子链间的缔合作用减弱,分子线团尺寸减小,聚合物溶液的传输运移能力增强。 Aimed at the poor compatibility between the molecular coil dimension of hydrophobic associating polymers and the pore size of porous media in oil reservoir, with β-cyclodextrin as the regulator for the association degree of hydrophobic associating polymers, the capability of the hydrophobic associating polymers in transmission and migration was investigated and the mechanism was analyzed. It was showed that the hydrophobic associating polymer solutions were mostly detained in the front area of rock core with poor transmission and migration capability, β-cyclodextrin can improve the transmission and migration capability of the hydrophobic associating polymers, and its addition is beneficial to the distribution of the polymers in porous media. Meanwhile, with increasing the β-cyclodextrin content, the hydrophobic association between the molecular chains weakened, the molecular coil dimension decreased, and the transmission and migration capability were enhanced.
