摘要
文章以UFF产线主要换型作业问题为改善点,首先,研究UFF产线工装接口标准化的电气原理和要求准则,用程序快速识别工装号并调用配参表,实现"即插即识别,即插即调用";其次,均衡换型人员作业负荷,实现三人联合平行作业;最后,采用K均值聚类算法,划分工装类别,优化工装架布置。对比改善前后UFF产线切换数据和关键设备OEE值,评价改善效果并展望推广前景。
Base on the improvements of UFF line changeover main problems, Firstly, the electrical principles of UFF tooling standardization were studied.The attached program could quickly identify the appliance tag number and transfer the parameter table.Then the operating work were balance. Finally,the K-means method was applied to classify the tooling types and optimized racks layout.As comparing the OEE date of key equipment with before testified, the improvement was positive and the extension was promising.
