摘要 针对因多机型滤棒成型机内部压力动态变化较强、压力分布不均问题,多机型滤棒成型机负压调节控制精准度受到影响,为提升多机型滤棒成型机稳定性,该文提出一种基于SMED模型的多机型滤棒成型机负压调节控制方法。考虑到成型机负压变化会受到风量、风压、功率、转速以及摩擦阻力多种因素影响,采用SMED模型计算设备运行时,与负压变化存在直接关系的辊压量和动力压量运行标准值,将该值作为负压调节参照标准。根据SMED模型启动时间较小的特点,以控制口令到达时间为基准设计电源电路,将负压回路分为真空泵、真空气室、电-气伺服装置、控制电路以及封闭容腔空间,分析每个空间的导入流量和导出流量,以二者最佳比值作为控制阈值,达到导入和导出流量平衡的控制目的。实验结果表明,所提方法在不同的干扰情况下均能对多机型滤棒成型机负压进行有效控制,对负压调节稳定性较高,算法鲁棒性较强。 In view of the strong dynamic change of internal pressure and uneven pressure distribution of multi model filter rod forming machine,the accuracy of negative pressure regulation control of multi model filter rod forming machine is affected.In order to improve the stability of multi model filter rod forming machine,this paper proposes a negative pressure regulation control method of multi model filter rod forming machine based on SMED model.Considering that the negative pressure change of the forming machine will be affected by many factors,such as air volume,air pressure,power,speed and friction resistance,SMED model is used to calculate the operation standard values of roll pressure and dynamic pressure that are directly related to the negative pressure change when the equipment is running,and this value is taken as the reference standard for negative pressure adjustment.According to the small startup time of SMED model,the power circuit is designed based on the arrival time of the control password.The negative pressure circuit is divided into vacuum pump,vacuum chamber,electro pneumatic servo device,control circuit and closed chamber space.The import flow and export flow of each space are analyzed.The best ratio of the two is used as the control threshold to achieve the purpose of import and export flow balance.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively control the negative pressure of multi type filter rod forming machine under different interference conditions,and has high stability for negative pressure regulation and strong robustness of the algorithm.
