摘要 为了抑制PDC钻头在钻进过程中的扭转振动,建立了PDC钻头的扭摆模型,对PDC钻头切削齿切削岩石时的受力情况进行了分析,得出钻压和扭矩之间的关系,分析了钻压的波动对PDC钻头扭转振动的影响,根据分析结果设计了PDC钻头扭转振动的减振工具,给出了工具中螺旋升角的设计准则。研究结果表明:钻压的波动会直接造成PDC钻头的扭转振动,且钻压的波动幅度越大,PDC钻头的扭转振动越严重。设计的减振工具是通过将一部分波动的钻压转换为切削扭矩的方式来实现钻头处扭矩的平衡,从而抑制扭转振动,工具中螺旋升角的取值与PDC钻头切削齿的后倾角相关且成反比。研究结果为抑制PDC钻头的扭转振动提供了理论依据。 In order to suppress the torsional vibration of the PDC bit, the torsion model of PDC bit was estab-lished. The force on the PDC cutter during rock breaking was analyzed to attain the relationship between WOB and torque. The effects of WOB fluctuation on the PDC bit torsional vibration has been analyzed, based on which the PDC bit torsional vibration damping tool has been designed. The tool’s helix angle design criteria have been given. The results show that the fluctuation of the WOB would directly cause the torsional vibration of the PDC bit, and the greater the fluctuation of the WOB, the more severe the torsional vibration of the PDC bit. The damping tool is de-signed to balance the torque at the drill bit by converting part of the fluctuating WOB to cutting torque so as to sup-press the torsional vibration. The value of the helix angle of the tool is inversely related to the back rake of the PDC bit cutter. The study results could provide theoretical basis for the suppression of PDC bit torsional vibration.
