复掺磁铁矿粉和活性炭粉沥青胶浆高温流变特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 复掺磁铁矿粉和活性碳粉制备掺和料沥青胶浆,通过动态剪切流变试验(DSR)和布氏黏度试验,对比研究7组不同复掺比例的沥青胶浆高温流变特性,分析了复掺比例、试验温度和荷载作用频率等对沥青胶浆高温车辙因子、复数剪切模量、相位角和布氏粘度的影响规律。结果表明:活性炭粉在提高复掺沥青胶浆高温稳定性的同时,亦增加其黏度。建议其最佳掺配比例范围为60%~80%。磁铁矿粉与活性碳粉的复掺改性作用对沥青胶浆的相位角影响较小;高温条件下,当磁铁矿粉/活性碳粉复掺比例降低时,沥青胶浆的温度敏感性逐渐减弱。 Magnetite powder and activated carbon powder were mixed in order to prepare the compound asphalt mortar. Through dynamic shear rheometer test (DSR) and Brookfield viscosity test, high temperature rheological properties of 7 groups specimens with different proportion were compared and the effects of complex blending ratio, test temperature and loading frequency on the rutting factor, complex shear modulus, phase angle and Brookfield viscosity of asphalt mortar were analyzed. The results show that activated carbon powder can not only improve the high temperature stability but increase the viscosity of asphalt mortar and its commended blending ratio ranges from 60% to 80% . Magnetite powder and activated carbon powder has little effect on the phase angle of the asphalt mor-tar. Under the high temperature condition, when the magnetite powder/activated carbon powder mixing ratio de-creases, the temperature sensitivity of asphalt mortar gradually becomes weakened.
