摘要
目的探讨心电图(ECG)在高钾血症诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月我院收治的高钾血症患者100例,将所有患者行ECG检查,并结合其血钾浓度进行对比分析。结果 100例患者中,血清K+浓度5.5~7.0 mmol/L者56例,其中20例ECG异常,符合率35.71%;血清K+浓度>7.0 mmol/L者44例,39例ECG表现异常,符合率88.64%,两种浓度诊断符合率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肾功能不全、肝功能不全失代偿期引起的高钾血症ECG表现与血清K+测定具有较高的一致性。结论不同程度、病因的高钾血症,其ECG表现不同;与K+检测相比,ECG诊断高钾血症方便、快捷、无创、可重复,为临床诊治提供依据。
Objective To evaluate the value of electrocardiogram (ECG) in the diagnosis of hyperkalemia. Methods 100 patients with hyperkalemia were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016, and all patients were examined by ECG, and the blood potassium concentration was analyzed. Results In 100 cases, 56 cases of serum concentration of K^+ 5.5-7.0mmol/L, of which 20 cases of abnormal ECG, the coincidence rate was 35.71%, the concentration K^+ of more than 7.0 mmol/L in 44 cases, 39 cases of ECG were abnormal, the coincidence rate was 88.64%, two concentration of diagnostic coincidence rate comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05), hyperkalemia and ECG serum K^+ renal insufficiency, decompensated hepatic dysfunction caused by determination with high consistency. Conclusion ECG manifestations of hyperkalemia with different degrees and causes are different. Compared with K^+ detection, ECG diagnosis of hyperkalemia is convenient, rapid, noninvasive and repeatable, which provides the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
