摘要
目的探讨个性化护理干预在硬膜外控制性降压下全髋置换手术中的应用效果。方法 60例实施全髋置换手术治疗的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组在手术中给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予个性化护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组手术前日的收缩压、舒张压、心率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),手术当日的收缩压、舒张压、心率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的护理满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对硬膜外控制性降压麻醉下全髋置换手术的患者术中实施个性化护理,可以提高麻醉效果和护理服务满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing intervention in total hip replacement surgery under epidural controlled depressurization. Methods A total of 60 patients with total hip replacement surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.The control group received intraoperative conventional nursing, and the observation group received personalized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. Nursing effect was compared in two groups. Results The observation group had no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate 1 day before operation comparing with the control group （P〉O.05）, and lower systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate on the day of surgery than the control group. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously higher nursing satisfaction degree as 96.67% than 80.00% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of personalized nursing intervention can improve anesthesia effect and nursing satisfaction degree for patients with total hip replacement surgery under epidural controlled depressurization anesthesia.
