摘要
川崎病是一种儿童急性自限性系统性血管炎,属于自身免疫性疾病,目前已取代风湿热成为儿童获得性心脏病的最常见疾病。深入研究川崎病的发病机制有助于改善该病的个体化治疗及预后。当前关于川崎病的研究,证实其发病易感性和临床症状与多基因位点相关,可能有多个信号通路的共同参与。现就川崎病发病的遗传及免疫机制最新研究进展进行综述。
Kawasaki disease(KD) is a childhood acute self-limiting systemic vasculitis.It is an autoimmune disease.It has replaced rheumatic fever as the most common disease of children with acquired heart disease.Further study of the pathogenesis of KD, help to improve the individualized treatment and prognosis of the disease.The current study on KD, confirmed its susceptibility to disease and clinical symptoms associated with multiple gene loci, there may be multiple signal paths involved .This paper reviews the recent advances in the genetic and immunological mechanisms of KD.
