单晶高温合金杂晶形成倾向性数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 采用液态金属冷却法(LMC)实现定向凝固,运用ProCAST有限元软件包计算了DD483高温合金的定向凝固过程。在试验验证获得合理模拟参数的基础上,模拟抽拉速度和平台尺寸对高温合金变截面试样定向凝固过程温度场的影响,并采用ProCAST中的元胞自动机(CA)与有限元(FE)耦合模块计算相应条件下的微观组织,探究拉速和平台尺寸对高温合金变截面试样平台区域杂晶形成的影响。结果表明,冷却曲线模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好;拉速越大,杂晶形成倾向越大;同样,平台尺寸越大,杂晶形成倾向也越大;试样平台尺寸越大,获得单晶的临界拉速越小。 The liquid metal cooling (LMC) method was used to achieve directional solidification process, and directional solidification process of DD483 superalloy was calculated by using ProCAST finite element software package. On the basis of experimental verification which was utilized to obtain reasonable parameters for simulation, the effects of withdrawal rate and platform dimension on thermal field of superalloy sample of varying cross-section were simulated during the directional solidification, and cellular automaton (CA) and finite element (FE) coupling module of ProCAST was used to calculate microstrueture in corresponding conditions. Furthermore, the influence of withdrawal rate and platform dimension on stray grains formation at the platform comer of superalloy sample of varying cross-section was researched. The simulation results indicated that simulation results of cooling curve were in good agreement with experimental results. The greater withdrawal rate, the stronger tendency for stray grains to form was. Similarly, the larger platform dimension, the stronger tendency for stray grains to form was, too.
