摘要
[目的]明确16%井冈·噻呋SC对铁皮石斛白绢病的防治效果及使用剂量。[方法]采用对整个植株喷雾法检测防治效果,以邓肯新复极差法检验差异显著性。[结果]16%井冈·噻呋SC 80~160 mg a.i./kg剂量处理,药后14 d,防效85.33%以上,高于对照药剂4%井冈霉素水剂80 mg a.i./kg的防效78.36%,与对照药剂240 g/L噻呋酰胺悬浮剂120 mg a.i./kg的防效90.60%相当。[结论]16%井冈·噻呋SC以80~160 mg a.i./kg剂量处理,能有效控制铁皮石斛白绢病的为害,可以在生产上推广使用。
[Aims] The paper aims to confirm the efficacy and the optimum dosage ofvalidamycin-thifluzamide 16% SC on controlling Selerotium rolfsii in Dendrobium oJ^tcinale Kimura et Migo. [Methods] Using the method of field spray on the whole plant of D. officinale kimura et Migo, the efficacy of validamycin-thifluzamide 16% SC against S. rolfsii was determined. And the Duncan's new multiple range test (DMRT) was used to analyze and test the significance of differences. [Results] On the 14th day after treatment at dosage of 80-160 mg a.i./kg of validamycin-thifluzamide 16% SC, the protective effect on D. officinale Kimura et Migo leaves could reach more than 85.33%. Validamycin- thifluzamide 16% SC performed better control effect than 78.36% ofvalidamycin 4% SC at dosage of 80 mg a.i./kg, and well-matched with 90.60% ofthiftuzamide 240 g/L at dosage of 120 mg a.i./kg on the S. rolfsii. [Conclusions] Validamycin- thifluzamide 16% SC at dosage of 80-160 mg a.i./kg could effectively control the damage caused by S. rolfsii, it can be widely used in production.
