摘要
总结了5-HMF的形成、存在、性质等概况,归纳了其毒副作用及药理作用的研究现状,并且探讨了实验室现阶段的研究结果,提出5-HMF可能会被作为中药中一个新的活性成分加以研究,并认为它对阐明中药的作用有着重要的意义。
This article summarized the overview of 5 - HMF＇s formation, existence, nature and so on. It also induced its poisonous side effect and the pharmacologicalaction research presentsituation, and discussed the laboratory＇s findings at the present stage, proposed that 5 - HMF possibly can be taken in the Chinese native medicine as a new active constituent to be studied, and thought it has vital significance to expound the Chinese native medicine function.
