摘要
目的了解宁波市妇女儿童医院烧伤儿童创面分泌物病原菌的临床分布和耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对本院2011年-2015年儿科烧伤病房送检的创面分泌物进行分离培养及药敏试验,菌株鉴定采用VITEK2 Compact全自动微生物分析仪,药敏试验采用MIC法,用参考菌株做质量控制。结果共分离病原菌673株,其中革兰阳性菌占79.5%,以金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和人型葡萄球菌为主;革兰阴性菌占20.1%,以铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和阴沟肠杆菌为主;真菌占0.4%。药敏结果显示,分离的病原菌部分呈多重耐药。结论对本院烧伤患儿创面进行病原菌培养、鉴定及相应的药敏分析有助于指导临床合理使用抗菌药物,有效控制感染。
Objective To study the distribution character and drug resistance analysis of pathogenic bacteria of burn wound children isolated from Ningbo Women and Children's Hospital, so as to provide guidance for clinical medication. Methods The pathogenic bacteria of wound secretion isolated from their pediatric burn ward were collected from January 1, 2011 to December 31,2015. The clinical isolates were identified by VITEK 2 Compact. The drug sensitivity test was performed by MIC method, and the reference strains were used for quality control. Results A total of 673 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated. The gram -positive bacteria accounted for 79.5% , in which Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus hominis were the most common isolates ; the gram - negative bacteria accounted for 20.1% , in which Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii and Enterobacter cloacae were the most common isolates; and Fungi accounted for 0.4%. A part of these isolates were multiple resistant to the antibacterial agents. Conclusion Culturing, identifing and carring out drug - sensitivity test of pathogenic bacteria isolated from burn children can provide basis for the rational application of antibacterial agents and effective control of infection.
