摘要
话语无处不在。概念也是话语——以理论抽象方式表达思想的话语。概念作为话语,可以是引进的,也可以是自创的。本文集中探讨了概念引进和输出中的话语问题,认为:在对外传播中,引进概念需要理解既定的涵义,在此基础上,进行话语的创新和意义的改造;概念输出,需要解决谁来创造概念和怎样传播概念等一系列问题;新创概念本身需要有竞争性,需要有相对于其他选择的优胜性,也要有实践的可行性,才能在全球概念竞争及话语斗争的场域争取主动权。
Discourse is ubiquitous.Concept is also a type of dicousre-theoretical discourse conveying abstract ideas.As discourse concept can be introduced as well as self-created.This paper attaches importance to the discussion of discourse phenomena in terms of concept importation and exportation.It indicates that to take inwestern concepts in international communication,we need to understand the given connotation(discourse)first so as to use the concepts properly and then reconceptualize them.As for spreading out Chinese concepts,weshould solvea series of problemslike who are most suitable to creat new conceptsand how to disseminate them.New concpets themselves need to be competitive,superior and practical,only with such advantages can they take initiative ininternational concept debate andglobal discourse competition.
