摘要
以DKV1000/8立式压缩机为基础,为LNG燃料动力船项目开发一型号对动平衡型立式压缩机。该类型压缩机现在很少见到,为此文中首先介绍该型压缩机的特点,然后从理论上分析影响压缩机工作过程中对动平衡的作用力,并利用三维软件建立模型,把压缩机的曲柄连杆机构模型导入ADAMS进行动力学仿真。利用仿真结果分析压缩机的对动平衡性能,为同类压缩机设计提供参考。
rOn the basis of DKY1000 /8 compressor, a type of relative motion balancing vertical compressor is developed for LNG fuel ship project. This type of compressor is now rarely seen, for this,the characteristics of the type of compressor are introduced in this paper. The dynamic balanced forces of the working process are analyzed based on theory. 3D software is used to build model of crank connecting rod mechanism and import it into ADAMS for dynamic simulation of the compressor. According to the results of simulation analysis for relative motion balancing compressor, the reference for the similar compressor design is provided.
