摘要
通过在北京航空航天大学(简称北航)全校工、理、管、法、文等专业共计784名博士生中发放《博士研究生幸福感调查问卷》,真实了解理工类高校博士生幸福感状况,分析存在于读博动机及读博现实中,导致博士研究生幸福感水平低的因素,结合多年来在博士研究生思政教育方面的工作经验,从理想信念、学术科研、导学沟通、职业规划方面对提高博士生幸福感提出建议。
Through the “ Questionnaire on Happiness of PhD Students” sent out to and withdrew from a total of 784 PhD students majoring in Engineering, Science, Management, Law and Art in Beihang University, the actual status of these PhD students ’ well-being has been obtained. A range of factors existing in the motivation and reality of pur-suing doctoral degree which may lead to PhD students, low level of happiness have been analyzed. Based on this in-vestigation and years,work experience in ideological and political education of PhD students, this article has put for-ward several suggestions from the perspectives of ideal and beliefs, academic research, communication between students and teachers, career planning and so on to improve the level of PhD students, happiness.
