摘要
中国科协"博士学位获得者的职业取向调查"结果表明,博士毕业生就业时考虑的主要因素是职业类别、发展前景、志向爱好、收入待遇、地域优势等,从事科研工作仍是其主要职业理想,且对职业成就的期望普遍较高;博士毕业生由中小城市向大城市、由中西部向东部流动的特征较为明显,其职业期望及就业实际与社会需求、地域差异等存在结构性矛盾;须迫切转变就业观念,改善中小城市及中西部的就业环境,合理配置科技人力资源,以充分发挥博士毕业生的创新才能。
A ＂Survey of Career Expectations for PhD Graduates＂ was carried out by China Association for Science and Technology, which shows that the main considerations of a PhD graduate in obtaining employments are the type of occupation, development prospects, aspirations and interests, income and other remunerations, locations of employment. Research work is still their major ideal type of occupation and expectations of career success are generally high. As to the location of employment, there is an obvious trend that large cities are more preferable than medium and small cities, and the eastern part of China is more preferable than the central and western parts Their career expectations and the actual employment situation, social needs and geographical differences see a structural inconsistency. There is imperative to change the old concepts of employment, improve the employment environment of small and medium-sized cities and the central and western regions, and rationally allocate human resources related to science and technology, and only in this way, the creative gifts of those PhD graduates may be given a full play.
