海峡两岸服务业合作机制的实证分析——以天福集团为例 被引量:2

摘要 台资企业在祖国大陆的成功发展得益于海峡两岸服务业宏、中、微观三层面合作机制的协同作用。大陆政府宏观层面的制度安排对台资企业在大陆的发展起了积极的促进作用,一系列惠台政策降低了企业的运营成本,对台开放大陆内需市场拓展了其发展空间;海峡两岸行业协会等中观合作平台发挥着桥梁和纽带的作用,为台资企业与祖国大陆相关行业合作发展搭建了良好的平台;台资企业通过股权合作、产业链配合、共同研发或委托大陆研发、连锁加盟等企业间微观合作模式,与祖国大陆企业合作。天福集团"突破海峡两岸服务业合作的政策局限、由农业转型为以服务业为主体"的实践经验,为海峡两岸服务业合作机制研究提供了典型个案。 Success of Taiwan-funded enterprises in the mainland owes a great deal to the successful mechanismof macro, medium and micro cooperation of the cross-strait service industry. The mainland’s macro favorablepolicies for Taiwan-funded enterprises reduce their operation cost , expand their share in the mainland marketand boost their development in the mainland. Trade associations on both sides of the strait serve as a goodplatform between Taiwan and mainland enterprises at the medium level. Finally , there are direct microcooperation between Taiwan and mainland businesses by equity cooperation , industrial chain , joint research,consigned research to mainland institutions, or franchise. Tianfu Group’s transformation from agriculturalbusiness into profitable service business breaking the cross-strait official barriers is a good case in point formore cooperation across the strait.
