摘要
职业教育应当通过与当地产业结构相对接,达到促进区域经济发展的目的。通过研究和分析发现,东莞职业院校存在专业设置与区域产业结构偏离、专业高度集中化、缺乏特色专业、人才培养结构不合理等现象。进而提出全面优化专业结构,开发新专业领域,打造特色专业,增加高学历人才培养等建议。
Vocational education should cater to the local industrial structure, achieving the purpose of promoting regional economic development. Through current research and analysis, we find that Dongguan vocational colleges have several unreasonable phenomena, such as the programs deviating from the regional industrial structure, the programs lack of specialties, and the unreasonable structure of talents cultivation. Then we put forward suggestions to solve the problems, includingoptimizations of the program structure, developing new programs, creating distinctiveprograms, and increasing the highly educated talents training.
