摘要
[目的/意义]"互联网+"环境下图书馆学科服务的广度与深度应该进一步拓展,在学科发展与评估中发挥积极的作用。[方法/过程]首先分析学科服务、学术计量与学科评估的现状,对自然出版指数的评估方法加以改造,利用期刊的被引半衰期对期刊影响因子加以修正,引入通讯作者、多种期刊分区、H5指数等因素进行加权。在此基础上,参照替代计量的理念,利用Wo S、EBSCO、Elsevier等商业数据库与第三方开源组织的核心接口,构建一个实时跟踪的学术影响力评价体系。[结果/结论]实践体现两个特点:实时跟踪与计量指标的综合性和客观性。[局限]评价体系需要在实践中进一步验证其效果。
[Purpose/signific, ance] The breadth and the depth of library subject service should be further expanded in internet + environment. The positive function of subject service must be reflected in subject development and evaluation. [ Method/ process ] The status quo of academic service, academic measurement and subject evaluation is analyzed, and the evaluation method of natural publishing index is modified. The influencing factors of journals are modified by using the half-life of journals. The factors such as communication author, multiple periodicals, H5 index are introduced. On the basis of this, a real-time tracking system of academic influence evaluation is constructed by using the core interfaces of WoS, EBSCO, Elsevier and other third party open source organizations. [ Result/conclusion] The practice embodies two characteristics: real-time tracking and measurement indica- tors with comprehensiveness and objectivity. [ Limitations] The evaluation system needs to be further validated in practice.
