摘要
总结了中国科学院上海药物研究所学科服务的作法和体会,指出只有明确需求,开展个性化服务,提供有深度、有价值的情报产品,才能体现情报机构的服务能力,提升情报机构的地位。
The methods of and experiences with subject service in Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica, Chinese Academy of Sciences, were summarized. What was pointed out was that only by providing personalized service in depth and valuable information products according to the need of readers, can we show our service capability and improve our position.
