外源植物生长调节剂对骏枣果实发育过程中内源激素的影响 被引量:8

摘要 【目的】为研究复混型植物生长调节剂对红枣果实发育过程中内源激素的影响。【方法】选用4年生密植骏枣为对象,以5-氨基乙酰丙酸、赤霉素和脲型细胞分裂素为材料进行复配7个配方,调查分析其在盛花初期喷施后对果实发育过程中内源激素含量、果实形态特征、产量以及品质特征。【结果】(1)5-ALA与GA_3混合使用时,GA3浓度越高,IAA和CTK的含量越高;相同浓度的5-ALA、GA_3与不同浓度的CPPU组合使用时,幼果初期的IAA含量逐渐升高,且CPPU浓度越高,IAA的含量越大,越有利于坐果。(2)较高浓度5-ALA显著降低了红枣果实内源激素IAA和CTK的含量,但提高了IAA/ABA的比值,促进果实内部激素水平达到一个相对平衡状态,有利于减少红枣生理落果。(3)果实单果重分别较对照提高了30.24%和20.89%;产量较对照分别提高了43.85%和38.00%;降低了总糖和总酸的含量,但糖酸比较对照分别提高了19.35%和19.07%。【结论】故在枣树盛花初期间隔7d喷施2次20μl/L 5-ALA或5μl/L 5-ALA+5μl/L GA_3+15μl/L CPPU均有增加产量和改善果实品质的作用。 [ Objective ] The present paper aims to study the effects exogenous plant growth regulator on endogenous hormone in the process of fruit growth and development of Jun-jujube from south of Xinjiang. [ Method] Seven prescription which were selected 5-aminolevulinic acid materials,GA3 and CPPU as materials were used to investigate the endogenous hormone and the morphological characteristics, yield and quality of 4-year-old jun jujube. [ Result] (i)When 5-ALA mixed with GA3, the higher GA3 concentration was, the higher the content of IAA and CTK was. When the same concentration of 5-ALA and GA3 mixed with the different concentration of CPPU, it was the higher for the content of the IAA and CTK during young fruit stage; The higher CPPU concentration was, the higher the content of the IAA was, which was suitable for the fruit setting rate of jujube. (ii)It was obvious for the higher concentration of 5-ALA to reduce the content of IAA and CTK in fruit, but it could obviously increase the rate of IAA/ABA and relatively balance the level of endogenous hormone to reduce physiological fallen fruit of jujube. ( iii ) Compared 20 μl/L 5-ALA or 5 txl/L 5-ALA + 5 μl/L GA3 + 15 μl/L CPPU to 20 μl/L GA3 , the weights of single fruit were increased by 30.24 % and 20.89%, respectively, their yields respectively increased by 43.85 % and 38.00 % and reduced the contents of total sugar and acid, however, sugar-acid ratio were increased by l9.35 % and 19.07 % , respectively. [ Conclusion ] For those reasons, the fruit yields and quality by spraying 20 μl/L 5-ALA or 5 μl/L 5-ALA + 5 μl/L GA3 + 15 μl/L CPPU two times of an interval 7days at the beginning of the jujube flourishing florescence were obviously increased.
