摘要
目的以20世纪80年代末、以20世纪90年代初和1995年后出生为划分标准,探讨不同年龄段大学新生心理健康状况的发展趋势。方法在西安某高校2006—2015年新生心理测评数据中,随机选取3个年龄段各300份数据(共900份),运用t检验和方差分析进行统计学分析。结果大学生心理健康量表和心理适应量表上存在性别、家庭结构和生源地的差异;1995年后出生的大学生心理健康水平及心理适应水平要优于20世纪80年代末和20世纪90年代初的学生。结论大学生心理健康与心理适应水平呈现上升的趋势。但仍需针对大学生存在性心理障碍的情况开展性心理健康知识讲座,继续加强新生适应性教育及活动开展,开设心理健康必修课程,普及心理健康知识。
Objective:To explore the mental health change among college freshmen, taking the age of late 1980, early 1990 and 1995 as the Qividing years. Method:We randomly selected 300 participants (total 900) in each period from the 2006 -2015 year coollege freshman newborn psychological assessment data in a university in Xi'an. The data was analyzed by T- test and variance analysis. Results :There were significant differences among gender, family structure and the local institution in both China college students mental health scale (CCMHS) and college students' Psychological Adaptation (CCSAS). The level of mental health and psychological adaptation of college students after 95 is better than the students at the end of 80 and beginning of 90. Conclusion : College students' mental health and psychological adaptation level showed a trend of rising. But it still needs to carry out sexual mental health knowledge lecturer aiming at the existence of psychosexual disorder, continue to strengthen the newborn adaptabi health knowledge. lity education and activities, establish required course of mental health and popularize mental
