摘要
把握供给侧结构性改革给安全生产带来的新机遇,加快实现安全生产领域改革创新,对今后安全生产工作的开展具有十分重要的影响。根据河北省产业现状与安全生产关联性,重点分析和研究制度创新、产业结构优化、要素升级与安全生产之间的关系,从结构改革供给侧方面为安全生产提出了对策建议。相关研究的内容有助于安全生产领域改革创新的顺利推进,对落实供给侧结构性改革推动经济发展方式转型升级具有重要作用。
Grasping the new opportunities brought by the supply-side structural reform for work safety and accelerating the implementation of reform and innovation in the field of safety have an im-portant effect on the development of work safety in the future. Based on the relationship between the industrial situation and wok safety, the actions between the system innovation, industrial optimiza-tion, production factors upgrade and the work safety were analyzed and studied, and a set of counter-measures for work safety in view of the structure reform of supply-side was put forward. Related re-search should help to promote the progress of reform and innovation in the field of work safety, and also played an important role in implementation of structural reforms of the supply side for promoting economic mode transformation.
