摘要
根据微生物间的拮抗现象对25株荷叶离褶伞菌株进行筛选,得到1022、1286、1116、1110、07-2、07-1、3001和R132亲缘关系不同的菌株8个,并对这8个菌株最适温度进行研究以及在最适温度下菌丝生长量、胞外淀粉酶(Amylase)、羧甲基纤维素酶(CMCase)和漆酶(Laccase)活性变化进行监测.结果表明,不同菌株的胞外酶活性变化规律基本一致,其中菌株R132具有较高的漆酶和纤维素酶活性,菌株1110具有较高的淀粉酶和漆酶活性,菌株07-1具有较高的淀粉酶和纤维素酶活性,同时这三个菌株也具有较高的菌丝生长量;而三种酶活性在菌株1022中活性均较低;本研究结果为荷叶离褶伞高产菌株的选育提供依据.
The characteristics of 25 strains of Lyophyllum decastes are investigated according to antago- nistic phenomenon of microorganisms, and the research gets 8 strains with different genetic relationship (1022, 1286, 1116, 1110, 07-2, 07-1, 3001 and R132). The optimum temperature of these 8 strains are studied, and the changes of myceliam growth rate and the activity of extracellular amylase(Amylase), carboxymethyl cellulase(CMCase) and laccase are also monitored at this temperature. The results show that the change regu- lar of activity of extracellular enzymes is similar between different strains. Among them, the activity of laccase is increased in strains R132 and 1110, the activity of CMCase is increased in strains R132 and 07-1, and the activity of amylase is increased in strains 1110 and 07-1. At the same time, these three strains also have higher myceliam growth rate than other strains. The activity of amylase, CMCase and amylase are declined in strain 1022. These results will provide evidence for selection high yield strains of Lyophyllum decastes.
