摘要
植物修复是生态修复领域研究的重要方向之一,超富集和耐性植物的选育是其中的关键.对‘胭脂红’景天、勘察加景天、费菜、垂盆草、佛甲草、反曲景天、六棱景天、苔景天、东南景天、‘红毯’景天、八宝11种广义景天属植物进行为期3个月的0、25、50、100、200、400 mg·kg^(-1)不同浓度Cd污染的土壤盆栽实验,以初步研究其对Cd的耐性和积累特性.研究发现,反曲景天、垂盆草、勘察加景天、六棱景天在所有处理下,地上部干重没有显著变化,耐性指数皆大于0.5,死亡率极低,耐性很强.在200和400 mg·kg^(-1)Cd处理下,分别有6种和9种植物的地上部Cd含量超过100 mg·kg^(-1),最大值为‘胭脂红’景天在400 mg·kg^(-1)处理下达到的749.72 mg·kg^(-1).地上部富集系数和转移系数在未施加Cd的情况下达到最大值,最大值均为费菜,其值分别是13.51和9.19.
Phytoextraction is one of the most important research fields in ecological restoration,and the key points are hyperaccumulations and tolerant of plants.Pot experiment on heavy metal accumulation and tolerance characteristics of 11 species in Sedum sensu lato was carried out under 0,25,50,100,200 and 400 mg·kg^-1Cd concentrations treatment for 3 months.The species were Phedimus spurious ‘Coccinea',Phedimus kamtschaticus,Phedimus aizoon,Sedum sarmentosum,Sedum lineare,Sedum rupestre,Sedum sexangulare,Sedum acre ‘Oktoberfest',Sedum alfredii,Sedum album ‘Coral Carpet',Hylotelephium erythrostictum.The results showed that Sedum rupestre,S.sarmentosum,Phedimus kamtschaticus and S.sexangulare had strong tolerance to Cd and their plant dry weight above were not significantly different under all treatments.Their tolerance indices were all above 0.5 and the death rates were all very low.With 200 mg·kg^-1and 400 mg·kg^-1Cd treatments,there were 6 and 9 species with Cd accumulation in plant above greater than 100 mg·kg^-1.The concentration of Phedimus spurius‘Coccinea'attained 749.72 mg·kg^-1Cd in plant above under 400 mg·kg^-1Cd treatment,the largest one among all species under all treatments.Bioaccumulation and translocation factor of plants above reached maximum under 0 mg·kg^-1Cd treatment.Phedimus aizoon had the largest aboveground plant bioaccumulation and translocation factor of 13.51 and 9.19 under the control treatment,respectively.
