摘要
溶液培养中 0 5 μmol·L-1镉胁迫浓度下 ,大豆表现出轻微受害症状 ,籽粒减产 2 5 7% ,而籽粒中粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量变化不大 .镉在大豆中的积累分布状况为根 >叶 >籽 >油 ,比例为 32 10 0∶1 6 90∶1 0 0 0∶0 0 0 3.大豆籽粒含镉 4 89mg/kg ,超过了国家环境标准规定的最高容许量 .而大豆粗脂肪中含镉仅 0 0 15mg/kg ,远低于国家食品环境卫生标准 .豆粕中含镉6 17mg/kg ,表明大豆籽粒中的镉主要存在于粗蛋白和淀粉中 .
Under 0.5?μmol·L\+\{-1\} cadmium stress in solution culture, soybean plants showed slight Cd toxic symptom with Cd contents of 157.17?mg/kg in root and 8.30?mg/kg in leaf at maturation stage. The yield of Cd treated soybean decreased by 25.7% compared with control. No significant difference was found in the crude lipid content and crude protein content in soybean seed between treatment and control. A gradient of Cd contents occurred in different parts of soybean plants with the order root>leaf>seed>oil with the quotient of 32.100∶1.000∶0.003. The Cd content in soybean seed is 4.89?mg/kg which is much higher than the maximum allowable Cd content both in food and in feed of the State Environmental Standard. And the Cd content in soybean oil extracted with hexane is only 0.015?mg/kg which is below the allowable Cd contents in food. The Cd content in soybean dregs is 6.17?mg/kg, which suggests that the protein and starch part contained large proportion of the seed Cd.
