摘要
新时期,我国高等教育进入了新的发展阶段。本文以郑州轻工业学院建筑电气与智能化复合型教学团队的建设与实践为例,通过增强团队精神、改革教学方法、明确职责任务、提高教学水平,充分发挥教学团队在提高人才培养质量、加强师资队伍建设等方面的作用,对本校其他专业教学团队和同类型高校相关专业教学团队的建设具有引领、示范作用,促进高等学校人才培养水平的不断提升。
In the new period,higher education of China has entered a new development stage.The article introduces construction and practice of building electrical and intelligent compound teaching team in Zhengzhou University of Light Industry,through enhancing team spirit,reforming of teaching methods,clearing responsibilities and tasks,enhancing the teaching level and so on,and playes fiflly the role of improving the quality of personnel training and strengthening the construction of teaching and so on.The study has a leading role to build teaching team on campus and off campus,and promotes to improve the level of personnel training in higher education.
