摘要
通过调查山东省第三方物流企业员工组织认同感、组织信任感与工作满意度现状,分析组织认同感、组织信任感对工作满意度产生的影响,为第三方物流企业人力资源管理提供决策依据。采用问卷调查法收集数据,描述分析法、交叉表法及多元线性回归分析法分析数据,发现第三方物流企业员工组织认同感、组织信任感与工作满意度相关,且正向影响工作满意度。建议第三方物流企业通过多种方式宣传企业文化,增加员工组织公民行为,以人为本,与员工共同发展,提供多样化激励,以提升员工工作满意度。
In this paper, through investigating the organizational identification, organizational trust and job satisfaction of the employees of third party logistics enterprises in Shandong, we analyzed the influence of the former two on the latter for the reference of the HR management of TPL enterprises. First, based on data collected through a questionnaire survey, we used the descriptive analysis, cross-table method and multiple linear regression analysis to validate the relevance and positive influence of the organizational identification and trust of the TPL enterprise employees with their job satisfaction, and at the end, suggested the measures for the TPL enterprises to improve the job satisfaction of their employees.
