摘要
甘薯是垄作蔓生型作物,我国虽是甘薯生产大国,但甘薯藤蔓机械去除技术及装备发展却较为滞后。为此,在分析甘薯秧蔓形态特征、种植概况基础上,阐述了国内外秧蔓处理机械发展现状、类型,并简要分析了碎蔓机的结构、工作原理和影响工作效率的主要因素,提出了秧蔓处理机械的发展趋势。同时,对类似结构进行分析,以期加快甘薯碎蔓机械的优化发展。
Current boom sprayer still has many problems such as strong vibration and serious tilt, which has seriously affected the liquid uniformity and sprayer efficiency during the spraying process, so the need to optimize the structure of the boom. Based on the current study about the structure of spray boom at home and abroad, this passage starts from the structure of the spray boom, analyzes the existing problems of boom structure and a corresponding solution, summarizes the future optimization direction of boom structure, finally, prospect the optimization technology of the boom structure to improve the efficiency of Chinese sprayer.
