摘要
目的评价医院多学科糖尿病管理团队对联络护士培训的中期效果。方法对入选某三级甲等综合医院多学科糖尿病管理团队的65名非内分泌专科糖尿病联络护士分阶段进行培训,第1年行资格认定短期强化培训,之后3年行继续在职培训,比较培训前、短期培训、继续在职培训后联络护士的糖尿病知信行水平。结果继续在职培训后联络护士知识、态度、行为维度得分显著高于培训前(均P<0.01);相比短期强化培训,联络护士接受继续在职培训后知识维度得分显著降低(P<0.01),态度维度得分水平显著提升(P<0.05),但行为维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多学科糖尿病管理团队对联络护士进行继续在职培训,能显著提高非内分泌专科糖尿病联络护士的糖尿病态度水平,维持短期强化培训后行为水平。提示在制订糖尿病联络护士培训计划时,需根据培训目标分阶段进行有针对性的培训,以达到理想培训效果。
Objective To evaluate the mid-term effect of multidisciplinary diabetes care team training for liaison nurses. Methods A to tal of 65 liaison nurses from non endocrinology departments of a general tertiary hospital and selected in the multidisciplinary diabetes care team received phased training, the first year was short time intensive training to obtain qualification, and then in-service training for the next 3 years. Diabetes knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP）of the liaison nurses were assessed and compared a mong that before the training, after the short-time training and after the in-service training. Results The dimension scores of the diabetes KAP for the liaison nurses after the in-service training were significantly higher than those before the training （P〈0.01 for all）. When compared with the score after the short-term intensive training, the score of the liaison nurses＇ diabetes knowledge was significantly lower （P〈0.01）, while the score of diabetes attitude was significantly higher （P〈0.05）, and there was no signifi cant difference of practice dimension score （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The in-service training for liaison nurses by multidisciplinary diabetes care team, can significantly improve liaison nurses＇ diabetes attitude, and maintain their practice after the short-time intensive training. When making the training model plan for diabetes liaison nurses in the future, it is necessary to implement targeted training according to the training objective, so as to achieve ideal training effect.
