摘要
目的:研讨健康教育在糖调节受损患者护理中的应用。方法:随机抽取2012年11月~2015年11月的糖调节受损患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上实施健康教育干预,比较两组患者的代谢控制指标变化情况、健康教育前后6个月、1年空腹血糖的变化情况、健康教育前后6个月、1年餐后2h血糖变化情况以及患者满意度情况。结果:代谢控制指标变化情况、健康教育前后6个月、1年空腹血糖的变化情况、健康教育前后6个月、1年餐后2h血糖变化情况以及患者满意度情况的比较均具有显著性(P<0.05),且观察组的各项情况均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育在糖调节受损患者护理中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective: To study the application of health education in the nursing of patients with impaired glucose regulation.Methods:82 patients with impaired glucose regulation from November 2011 to November 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing model.The observation group was treated with health education intervention based on the treatment for the control group,then compare metabolic control changes,health education before and after 6 months, 1 year fasting blood glucose changes,health education before and after 6 months,1 year postprandial 2h blood glucose changes and patient satisfaction degree situation of the two groups.Results:The changes of metabolic control index, the changes of fasting blood glucose in 6 months before and after health education,the changes of blood glucose and the satisfaction of patients before and after 6 months,1 year and 2 years after health education were significant (P〈0.05),and the observation group were better than the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect of health education on nursing care in patients with impaired glucose regulation is significant and deserves clinical promotion.
