摘要
目的估算深圳市某区2009-2014年含麻疹成分疫苗的接种率。方法通过麻疹监测信息报告管理系统,收集目标人群麻疹免疫史信息,以疫苗效力对麻疹成分疫苗接种率进行估算。结果 2009-2014年深圳市某区共报告麻疹病例1 057例,其中本地人口病例514例,估算麻疹成分疫苗接种率为71.48%(VE=90%)或83.37%(VE=95%);流动人口病例543例,估算麻疹成分疫苗接种率为69.30%(VE=90%)或87.68%(VE=95%)。8月龄以上(含8月龄)麻疹成分疫苗评估接种率2009-2011年处于较高水平,2012-2014年处于较低水平。发病年龄以6岁以上病例数最多,占56.01%;其次为8~17月龄,为33.96%。无含麻疹成分疫苗接种史者占79.75%,接种含1剂及以上者占20.25%。结论深圳市某区的麻疹成分疫苗接种率均较低,应加强流动人口管理,建立常态化查漏补种机制,加强免疫规划,加强麻疹监测,以提高含麻疹成分疫苗的接种率。
Objective To estimate immunization rates for measles - containing vaccines in the target population from a district of Shenzhen from 2009 to 2014. Methods Immunization rates for measles - containing vaccines were estimated with vaccine effi- ciency, by collecting measles immunization information of target population through the measles surveillance information sys- tem. Results Of 1 057 measles cases reported in a district of Shenzhen from 2009 to 2014, 514 were the local population with estimated immunization rates of 71.48% （ VE = 90% ） or 83.37% （ VE = 95% ） , and 543 floating population of 69. 30% （ VE = 90% ） or 87.68% （VE = 95% ）. Estimated immunization rates of measles -containing vaccines had reached higher levels among those children aged over 8 months from 2009 to 2011 and lower level from 2012 to 2014. The reported cases were 56. 01% over 6 years old at most and 33.96% in 8 - 17 months at second. The immunization rates were 79.75% for not measles - containing vaccine and 20. 25% for more than once dose. Conclusion Strengthening the management of floating population to establish norreal leak and catch - up mechanism, we should enhance the rates of measles vaccines by reinforce the immunization program and the disease monitoring, for the lower immunization rates in a district of Shenzhen.
