摘要
目的 探讨心理一致感在肿瘤介入患者心理压力与抑郁症状间的中介效应,为减轻肿瘤介入患者心理压力,促进其心理健康,减少抑郁症状的发生提供帮助.方法 方便抽取某三级甲等医院肿瘤介入科患者586例,应用心理一致感量表（SOC-13）、中文版知觉压力量表（CPSS）和流调中心抑郁量表（CES-D）进行调查,并运用SPSS 21.0软件和AMOS 21.0软件进行统计分析.结果 心理一致感与心理压力呈负相关（r=-0.65,P〈0.01）、与抑郁症状也呈负相关（r=-0.58,P〈0.01）,而心理压力与抑郁症状呈正相关（r=0.56,P〈0.01）.心理一致感作为中介变量,使心理压力对抑郁症状的影响从0.768下降到0.478.Bootstrap法结构方程模型验证性分析结果为心理一致感作为中介变量使心理压力对抑郁的影响从0.77下降到0.08.结论 心理一致感作为心理压力与抑郁症状间的中介变量,使心理压力对抑郁症状的影响有所下降.提高心理一致感,有利于促进肿瘤介入患者心理健康,进而减少抑郁症的发生.
Objective To explore the mediation effects of sense of coherence between mental stress and depression in cancer patients after interventional treatment,to alleviate their psychological pressure,promote their mental health and reduce depression symptoms.Methods Totally 586 patients from interventional radiology department were randomly selected and investigated by using the 13-item sense of coherence scale （SOC-13）,Chinese version of perceived stress scale （CPSS） and the center for epidemiological studies depression scale （CES-D）. All data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software and AMOS 17.0 software.Results There were negative correlation between sense of coherence and mental stress （r=-0.65,P〈0.01）,sense of coherence and depression （r=-0.58,P〈0.01）. Mental stress and depression was positively correlated （r=0.56,P〈0.01）. Sense of coherence,as a mediation variable,made the effects of mental stress on depression decrease from 0.768 to 0.478. The Bootstrap structural equation model confirmed that the sense of coherence makes the effect of mental stress on depression decrease from 0.77 to 0.08.Conclusions Sense of coherence,which is a mediation variable between mental stress and depression,decreases the effects of mental stress on depression. Improving sense of coherence could promote the mental health and reduce depression of cancer patients after interventional treatment.
