摘要
本文将不同因素制作的30组透水混凝土试件,放置于等酸度的稀硫酸溶液中,浸泡3600小时。基于实验过程中耗酸量的变化,建立了稀硫酸腐蚀透水混凝土数据库,然后建立了一种基于支持向量机(SVM)的稀硫酸腐蚀混凝土预测模型,给出了相应的算法和步骤。运用该预测模型分析了浸泡时间、水胶比、水泥用量、硅灰掺入量以及坍落度对混凝土抗稀硫酸腐蚀性能的影响。该模型预测结果具有良好的预测效果,为稀硫酸腐蚀混凝土研究开辟了新的思路及途径。
In this paper,30 sets of permeable concrete specimens with different factors are placed in dilute sulfuric acid solution,and are soaked for 3600 hours.Based on the change of acid consumption in the process of experiments,establish dilute sulfuric acid corrosion permeable concrete database,then set up the dilute sulfuric acid corrosion concrete prediction model based on the support vector machine(SVM),and give the corresponding algorithm and steps.This prediction model is used to analyze the influence of soaking time,water cement ratio,cement content,silica fume admixture and concrete slump on anti-corrosion properties of dilute sulfuric acid.The model has a good prediction effect,and it opens up a new way for the study of dilute sulfuric acid corrosion concrete.
