摘要
近年来由于各种不良因素影响,骨科创伤的发生率逐年增高,疼痛是骨科创伤患者的常见表现,严重降低患者的生活质量,给患者造成极大痛苦,威胁患者生命健康,必须加强对患者的有效护理。该文旨在探究安全质量管理理念在骨科病区护理质量管理中的应用。以便更好地为患者服务,促进患者就医过程的有序快速,从而有效降低医患矛盾的发生率,有利于保证患者在和谐的环境下就医,促进患者疾病恢复。
In recent years, the incidence rate of trauma in the department of orthopedics gradually increases due to the ef-fect of various adverse factors, and pain is a common performance of trauma patients in the department of orthopedics, seri-ously reduce the quality of life of patients and bring an enormous pains of patients and threaten the life health of patients, and we must enhance the effective nursing of patients, and the paper is to study the application of comprehensive quality management concept in the nursing quality management in the ward in the department of orthopedics in order to better serve the patients and promote the orderly and rapid process of medical treatment thus effectively reducing the incidence rate of tensions between doctors and patients, which is conducive to ensuring the medical treatment in a harmonious envi-ronment and promoting the disease recovery of patients.
