摘要
目的观察护理风险管理对普外科护理管理的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月—2013年12月期间未实施护理风险管理的普外科患者120例以及2015年1月—2016年12月期间实施护理风险管理的普外科患者120例作为研究对象,对比护理风险管理前后护理风险事件、护患纠纷、切口感染以及满意度等指标。结果护理风险管理实施后的护理风险事件发生率1.7%明显低于实施前的7.5%,实施后护患纠纷发生率1.7%明显小于实施前的8.3%,实施后切口感染率0.8%明显小于实施前的5.0%,实施前后护理风险事件、护患纠纷以及切口感染等发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施后患者的满意度98.3%明显高于实施前的88.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理在普外科护理管理中的应用效果显著,具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To observe the application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing management in the department of general surgery. Methods 120 cases of patients without nursing risk management in the department of general surgery from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and 120 cases of patients with nursing risk management in the department of surgery from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects and the nursing risk events, nurse-patient disputes, incision infection and satisfactory degree before and after the nursing risk management were compared. Results After the implementation of nursing risk management, the incidence rate of nursing risk events, incidence rate of nurse-patient disputes and incision infection rate were obviously lower than those before the implementation,(1.7%, 1.7%, 0.8% vs 7.5%, 8.3%, 5.0%), and the differences in the three indexes before and after the implementation had statistical significance(P〈0.05), and the satisfactory degree of patients after the implementation was obviously higher than that before the implementation(98.3% vs 88.3%), and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application effect of nursing risk management in the nursing management in the department of general surgery is obvious with a certain application value.
