摘要
目的探讨加强护理风险管理与降低医疗纠纷的方法。方法 2010年1月~2012年5月本院制定护理风险管理机制、组织,对护理风险实施监控、加强督导检查落实,培训护理人员增强护理风险防范意识。结果患者满意度由88%提高到99%,医疗投诉由15次降到3次。结论规范护理风险管理,提高了护士的风险防范意识,降低了医疗纠纷的发生率,提高了患者的满意度,营造了和谐的护患关系,取得了良好的社会声誉。
Objective To explore methods of strengthening care risk management and reducing medical disputes. Methods Care risk management mechanism and organization were made in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2012. The implement of care risk was monitored, the inspection supervision with carries out was strengthened, and care risk prevention of training nursing staff was enhanced. Results The satisfaction of patient increased to 99% from 88%, medical complaints was decreased to 3 times from 15 times. Conclusion Standard of the care risk management can improve care risk prevention of nursing staff, reduce the incidence of medical disputes, improve satisfaction of patients, created a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, and achieve a good social reputation.
